I've been taking the orange benefiber for a year now. This stuff works however I have a bit of an issue with this version. I don't know if its because my particular container happens to have gotten mixed up with the orange stuff or what but everytime I put it into something, even water, it changes the taste. The texture isn't changed but it ends up tasting something like orange. Not exactly orange but there is a taste to it. My water this morning even turned colors and when I put it in my oatmeal this morning (banana's and creme) it ended up tasting nothing like it should. The product DOES work and helps you go but I wouldn't recommending putting it into foods, etc. I'm going to see if I can contact the company and see what they say about it but in all honesty I don't think its worth it. Once I'm done with this one I think I'm going back to the orange.
